The Gangmasters Licensing Authority, following consultation with the Secretary of State in accordance with section 8(3) of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004( 1 ), in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of that Act, makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Gangmasters (Licensing Conditions) (No.2) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and come into force on 6 th April 2007.

Amendments to rule 7 (the application fee and renewal fee)

2. —(1) Rule 7 of the Gangmasters (Licensing Conditions) (No.2) Rules 2006( 2 ) is amended as follows:
