The Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2007

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2007.

Commencement

2.Paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, and section 52(7) of that Act in so far as it relates to that paragraph, shall come into force on 7th March 2007.
