The Enduring Powers of Attorney (Welsh Language Prescribed Form) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the Enduring Powers of Attorney Act 1985( 1 ), as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 1993( 2 ):

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Enduring Powers of Attorney (Welsh Language Prescribed Form) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 30 th March 2007.

2. In regulation 3 of the Enduring Powers of Attorney (Welsh Language Prescribed Form) Regulations 2005( 3 ), for “1 st April 2007” substitute “1 st October 2007”.
