The Secretary of State for Education and Skills makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by section 44 of the Education Act 2002( 1 ):
Citation, commencement and application
1. β(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Consistent Financial Reporting (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and come into force on the 1st April 2007.
(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to England.
Amendments to the Consistent Financial Reporting (England) Regulations 2003( 2 )
2. β(1)The Schedule to the Consistent Financial Reporting (England) Regulations 2003 is amended as follows.

(5) After βBO5 (Other Capital Balances)β, insert βB06 (Community focused extended school revenue balances)β.
