The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2007

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 172(2) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994( 1 ).

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2007.

2. Section 165 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 shall come into force on 6th April 2007.
