The Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Modification of subsisting rights) Appointed Day Order 2007

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 91(9) of the Pensions Act 2004( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Modification of subsisting rights) Appointed Day Order 2007.

Appointed Day

2. The day appointed for the purposes of section 91(9) of the Pensions Act 2004 (procedure for issue and publication of codes of practice) for the coming into effect of the Pensions Regulator Code of Practice No. 10: Modification of subsisting rights is 24th January 2007.
