The Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2007

The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 148 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as The Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2007.

Commencement of Provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005

2. The following entries in Schedule 14 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 come into force on the day after this Order is made in so far as they are not already in forceβ€”

(1) Member of panel appointed under paragraph 2(a) of Schedule 10 to the Rent Act 1977( 2 );

(2) Member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal; and

(3) Member of panel of persons to act as members of appeal tribunals appointed under section 6(2) of the Social Security Act 1998( 3 ) where it is a requirement that the member be a medical practitioner.
