The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2008

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 148(3) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007( 1 ).

Citation and interpretation

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2008.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 .

Commencement

2. The provisions of Part 6 of the Act, in so far as they apply in relation to Wales and in so far as they extend to Northern Ireland come into force on 22nd April 2008.
