The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 19 of the Maintenance Orders Act 1958( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows—

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Revocation) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 19 June 2008.

Revocation

2. “Jersey” shall be omitted from the First Schedule to the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Order 1959( 2 ).
