The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 211(2) of the Legal Services Act 2007( 1 ):
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2008.
Amendment of the Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provisions) Order 2008
2. —(1) The Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitory Provisions) Order 2008( 2 ) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2(d)(ii) for “, 113(b)(iii),” substitute—
“ and 113(b)(iii);
(iii) in Part 3, paragraphs ” .
