The Road Safety Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2008

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Road Safety Act 2006 ( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Safety Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2008.

Commencement of provisions

2. The following provisions of the Road Safety Act 2006 shall come into force on 18th August 2008—

(a) section 20;

(b) section 21; and
