The Lord Chancellor, with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 9 of the Great Seal (Offices) Act 1874( 1 ):

1. This Order may be cited as the Crown Office Fees Order 2008 and shall come into force on 11th August 2008.

2. The fees set out in column 2 of the Schedule to this Order shall be taken in the office of the Clerk of the Crown in Chancery in respect of the matters described in column 1.

3. The Crown Office Fees Order 2003( 2 ) is revoked.
