The Concessionary Bus Travel (Permits)(England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 243(7) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ) and section 145A(5) of the Transport Act 2000( 2 ):

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Concessionary Bus Travel (Permits) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st September 2008.

Amendment

2. โ€”(1)Regulation 2(11) of the Concessionary Bus Travel (Permits) (England) Regulations 2008( 3 ) shall be amended as follows.

(2) For the words from โ€œversion 2.1.2โ€ to the end there shall be substituted โ€œversion 2.1.3 (ISBN 978-0-9548042-3-7) published by ITSO Limited( 4 ) on 21st April 2008 or any earlier version of such device which is compatible with that specified in ITSO version 2.1.3.โ€.
