The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 54 and 79 of the Trade Marks Act 1994( 1 ), makes the following Rules:

Citation and Commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks (Fees) Revocation Rules 2008 and shall come into force on 1st October 2008.

Revocation

2. The Trademarks (Fees) Rules 2000( 2 ) to the extent that they relate to fees payable in respect of matters arising under the Trade Marks (International Registration Order) 1996( 3 ) are revoked.
