The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71(2) of the Consumer Credit Act 2006( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Consumer Credit Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2008.

Amendment of Order

2. —(1)The Consumer Credit Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2008( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 3(2) for “1st October 2008” substitute “31st October 2008”.

(3) In the heading to Schedule 3 for “1ST OCTOBER 2008” substitute “31ST OCTOBER 2008”.
