The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 148 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2008.

Commencement of section 8 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005

2.Section 8 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005( 2 ) shall come into force when this Order is made.
