The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Special Educational Needs (Information) Act 2008( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Special Educational Needs (Information) Act 2008 (Commencement) Order 2008.

Provision coming into force on 1st January 2009

2. Section 1 of the Special Educational Needs (Information) Act 2008 comes into force on 1st January 2009.
