The Welfare Reform Act 2007 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2008

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(2) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform Act 2007 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2008.

Appointed day

2. 27th October 2008 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 13(7) (work-related activity) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007.
