The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(5)(f) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007( 1 ).

1. This Order may be cited as the Appeals (Excluded Decisions) (Amendment) Order 2008 and comes into force on 3rd November 2008.

Amendment to the Appeals (Excluded Decisions) Order 2008

2. In article 2(a) of the Appeals (Excluded Decisions) Order 2008( 2 ) for “section 102” substitute “sections 103 and 103A”.
