The Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 216(2) and 232(5) of the Education Reform Act 1988( 1 ):
Citation and commencement
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) (Amendment) Order 2008 and comes into force on 21st November 2008.
Amendment of the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2007
2.The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2007( 2 ) is amended as follows—
3. In section 1 of part 1 the Schedule—
(a) Omit—
