The Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2008

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 100(5) of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008( 1 ):

1. This Order may be cited as the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2008.

2. Sections 19 to 21 (disclosure of information and the intelligence services) of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 together with Schedule 1 (disclosure and the intelligence services: consequential amendments) to that Act shall come into force after the day on which this order is made.
