The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 43F of the Employment Rights Act 1996( 1 ):
Citation, commencement and interpretation
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) (Amendment) Order 2008 and shall come into force on 6th April 2008.
Amendment
2. The Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 1999( 2 ) is amended in accordance with article 3.
3. After the entry relating to Scottish Social Services Council, there shall be inserted the entries set out in the Schedule to this Order.
