The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(2) of the Electoral Administration Act 2006( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral Administration Act 2006 (Commencement No.6) Order 2008.

Commencement of provisions of the Electoral Administration Act 2006

2. Section 63 (Regulation of loans: etc. Northern Ireland) of the Electoral Administration Act 2006 shall come into force on 10th March 2008.
