The Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No. 19) Order 2008

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers confered upon him by Section 336(3) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003( 1 ), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and extent

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No. 19) Order 2008.

(2) This Order extends to Northern Ireland.

Commencement on 1st April 2008

2. The following provisions of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 shall come into force on 1st April 2008 —

Schedule 35, paragraph 5.
