The Companies (Tables A to F) (Amendment) Regulations 2008

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(4)(a) and (c) of the Companies Act 1985( 1 ).

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Tables A to F) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 6th April 2008.

2. Article 8 of Table C in the Companies (Tables A to F) Regulations 1985 ( 2 ) is amended by inserting the words “or by proxy” after the words “is present in person”.

3. Article 2 of Table E in the Companies (Tables A to F) Regulations 1985 ceases to have effect.
