The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 2(12)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Museums and Galleries Act 1992( 1 )(“the Act”):

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Tate Gallery Board (Additional Members) Order 2008 and comes into force on 21st March 2008.

Amendment

2. In paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Act, for “twelve” substitute “fourteen”.
