The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2008
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 108(3)(e) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005( ).
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2008.
Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2008
2. The following provisions of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 come into force on 6th April 2008—
(a) section 68 (termination of police responsibility for stray dogs); and
(b) Part 6 of Schedule 5 (repeals, stray dogs).
