The Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2009

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 198(2) of the Energy Act 2004( 1 ).

Citation and interpretation

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2004 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2009.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Energy Act 2004 .

Commencement

2. Section 92 of the Act shall come into force on 20th May 2009.

3. Sections 90 and 91 of the Act shall come into force on 19th June 2009.
