The Secretary of State for Transport and the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 30(1), 34 and 35(1) of Schedule 7 to the Crossrail Act 2008( 1 ) make the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as The Crossrail (Planning Appeals) (Written Representations Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 29th June 2009.

Amendment

2. —(1) The Crossrail (Planning Appeals) (Written Representations Procedure) (England) Regulations 2008( 2 ) are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph A5 of Schedule 2 (Appeal Questionnaire) delete the sentence, “Please list below any additional requests for approval under paragraph 8, 11, 17 and 23 of Schedule 7 to the Crossrail Act 2008”.
