The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 965 of the Companies Act 2006( 1 ), by and with the advice and consent of Her Privy Council, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies Act 2006 (Extension of Takeover Panel Provisions) (Isle of Man) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 1st July 2009.

Schedule 2 to the Companies Act 2006 to extend to the Isle of Man

2. Schedule 2 to the Companies Act 2006 as substituted by the Companies Act 2006 (Amendment of Schedule 2) (No. 2) Order 2009( 2 ) shall extend to the Isle of Man.

Revocations

3. In the Companies Act 2006 (Extension of Takeover Panel Provisions) (Isle of Man) Order 2008( 3 ) paragraphs 9 and 10 of the Schedule are revoked.
