The Welfare Reform Act 2007 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2009

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(2) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform Act 2007 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2009.

Appointed day

2. The day after the day on which this Order is made is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 48 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007(local authority functions relating to benefit: information).
