The Communications Act 2003 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2009

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 411(2) of the Communications Act 2003( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Communications Act 2003 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2009.

Commencement

2. Sections 272 and 273 of the Communications Act 2003 shall come into force on 31st January 2010.
