The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 165(4) of, and paragraph 7(3) of Schedule 12 to, the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ).
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Transport for London (East London Line) Transfer Scheme 2009 Confirmation Order 2009 and comes into force on 15th September 2009.
Confirmation of Scheme
2. The Transport for London (East London Line) Transfer Scheme 2009, which was made by Transport for London on 1st July 2009, and approved by the Mayor of London on 18th July 2009, is confirmed.
