The Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2009

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 94 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2009.

Provisions coming into force on 19 th October 2009

2. The following provisions of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 shall come into force on 19 th October 2009—

(a) sections 10 to 12 (domestic freezing orders); and

(b) sections 20 to 25 (overseas freezing orders).
