Their Lordships make the following Order of Council in exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(4) of the Medical Profession (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2008( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Medical Profession (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2008 (Commencement No. 1) Order of Council 2009.

Appointed day

2. 16th March 2009 is the day appointed for the coming into force of article 4 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Medical Profession (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2008.
