The European Union (Amendment) Act 2008 (Commencement No.1) Order 2009

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1) and 8(2) of the European Union (Amendment) Act 2008( 1 ), makes the following order.

Citation

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the European Union (Amendment) Act 2008 (Commencement No.1) Order 2009.

Commencement

2. Section 3 of, and the Schedule to, the European Union (Amendment) Act 2008 shall come into force on 1 December 2009.
