The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 15 to the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009( 1 ):

Citation, commencement and application

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the School Support Staff Negotiating Body (Prescribed Organisations) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 12th January 2010.

(2) These Regulations apply only in relation to England.

Prescribed organisations

2. For the purposes of paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 15 to the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009, the organisations listed in the Schedule are the prescribed organisations.
