The Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2009

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 325 of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 ( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2009.

Commencement of provisions relating to dissolution of the Housing Corporation

2. Section 64(1) and (2) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 shall come into force on 16th February 2009.
