Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Insolvency (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 6th April 2009.
Amendment of the Insolvency Regulations 1994
2. For Table 2 and Table 3 in Schedule 2 to the Insolvency Regulations 1994( 3 ), substitute—
