The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 2006( 1 ).

The Treasury has consented to the making of this Order as required by paragraph 1(7) of Schedule 5 to that Act.

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 31st March 2009.

Originating capital of NHS trusts

2. The originating capital of the Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust( 2 ) shall be nil.
