The Chancellor of the Exchequer, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (7) and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973( 1 ), with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Buying Agency Trading Fund (Amendment) Order 2009 and comes into force on 6th April 2009.

Amendment of the Buying Agency Trading Fund Order 1991

2. In article 3 of the Buying Agency Trading Fund Order 1991( 2 ), for “OGCbuying.solutions Trading Fund” substitute “the Buying Solutions Trading Fund”.

Revocation of amending Order

3.The Buying Agency Trading Fund (Amendment) (Change of Name) Order 2001( 3 ) is revoked.

1973 c. 63 ; section 1 was substituted by section 1 of the Government Trading Act 1990 (c.30) and section 6(1) was substituted by section 2(3) of that Act.
