Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers in section 2(5)(b) and (6) of the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Health Service Commissioner for England (Authorities for the Ashworth, Broadmoor and Rampton Hospitals) (Revocation) Order 2009 and shall come into force on 11th May 2009.

Revocation

2. The Health Service Commissioner for England (Authorities for the Ashworth, Broadmoor and Rampton Hospitals) Order 1996 ( 2 ) is revoked.
