The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 8 of Schedule 13 to the Criminal Justice Act 1988( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Application to Service Courts) (Evidence) (Revocation) Order 2009 and comes into force on 31st October 2009.

Revocation

2. The Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Application to Service Courts) (Evidence) Order 2006( 2 ) is hereby revoked.
