The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 162 of the Housing Act 2004( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Suspension) Order 2010 and comes into force on 21st May 2010.

Suspension of duties under sections 155 to 159 of the Housing Act 2004

2. The operation of the duties imposed by sections 155 to 159 of the Housing Act 2004 is suspended.
