The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 269(4) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 (Amendment)) Order 2010.

Amendment of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional and Transitory Provisions) and (Commencement No. 2 (Amendment)) Order 2010

2. Article 3 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional and Transitory Provisions) and (Commencement No. 2 (Amendment)) Order 2010( 2 ) (provision coming into force on 1st July 2010) is revoked.
