The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(5) and 61(5) of, and entry 19 in the table in paragraph 1 of Schedule 7 to, the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Appropriate Officer and Schedule 7 Prescribed Persons) (Revocation) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 25th July 2010.

Revocation

2.The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Appropriate Officer and Schedule 7 Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2010( 2 ) are revoked.
