The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 54(1) and (2)(a) of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006( 1 ):
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Supervisory Authorities and Devolution Alignment) (Amendment) Order 2010 and comes into force on 25th July 2010.

2. Article 3 of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Supervisory Authorities and Devolution Alignment) Order 2010( 2 ) is revoked.
