The Northern Ireland Assembly Members Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(3) of the Northern Ireland Assembly Members Act 2010( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland Assembly Members Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010.

2. Sections 1 and 2 of the Northern Ireland Assembly Members Act 2010 shall come into force on the 5th July 2010.
