The Geneva Conventions and United Nations Personnel (Protocols) Act 2009 (Commencement No.2) Order 2010

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Geneva Conventions and United Nations Personnel (Protocols) Act 2009( 1 ), makes the following Order.

1. This Order may be cited as the Geneva Conventions and United Nations Personnel (Protocols) Act 2009 (Commencement No.2) Order 2010.

2. Section 2 of the Geneva Conventions and United Nations Personnel (Protocols) Act 2009 (amendments of the United Nations Personnel Act 1997) shall come into force 28th July 2010.
