The Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (England) (Amendment) Order 2010

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 60(5) and (6), 75(7) and (8) and 93(6) and (7) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (England) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 1st October 2010.

Amendment

2. In Schedule 2 of the Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (England) Order 2010( 2 ), before “North Western” insert “Northern”.
